We ordered flowers today for someone very special and when you order flowers, you always have a dream in mind of what they're going to look like. I think of beautiful flowers as a huge hug of love and that's exactly how it will be if you order from Muffy's. I will only order from here in the future! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had such a wonderful experience here! Our daughter, who is in Alaska for work, decided to elope, and we flew in the same day. We stopped by the shop hoping to get a bouquet last minute, and the two florists were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They created a beautiful bouquet on the spot, and even included “something blue”—a thoughtful touch we hadn’t even considered. It was perfect for her special day. We’re so grateful for their care and creativity. Highly recommend!

I called on Thursday afternoon requesting delivery by Saturday of Mother's Day weekend if possible. The lady I spoke with was super friendly and helpful and the flowers were delivered on Friday! The arrangements were gorgeous and I love that they prioritize using American grown flowers. They did a spectacular job on short notice in the middle of a pandemic. This is the only flower shop I will use in Anchorage from now on. Update, used Muffy's again for same-day delivery. Asked for designer's choice in the flowers. They were delivered early and look spectacular! Muffy's continues to impress! Update update, Muffy's continues to be the only flower shop in Anchorage for us! They always do the best job. Sharon is wonderful and takes great care of us. The arrangements are spectacular and the service is so caring and kind. Will use them again and again. Thank you Muffy's!

I have received flowers from here as well as placed orders. There was an issue with one order I had placed and I received a call to see what they could do to rectify the situation. I was impressed that she took the time to address concerns and sent a replacement. The customer service is phenomenal and the bouquets are stunning!!!! I will always order flowers from here. Muffy's is the BEST florist in town!!

There is a reason this flourist shop has 5 stars still. I show up after closing time on the day before valentine's days, and the wonderful ladies are working super hard to make sure every man and woman have an amazing valentines day with perfect bouquets of flowers. Keep working hard life long customer from here ok out! ❤️

Wonderful experience with this place - I placed an order for pick up and was so pleased with the beautiful arrangement and kind staff. Our team needed flowers for a member who is in surgery, and it made me so happy to see such a beautiful arrangement would be there for him when he comes to. Thank you so much - yall will be our go-to for flowers in the future!

Beautiful flower arrangement. Delivered perfectly. I had ordered flowers last year from a different well known Anchorage florist. They were terrible. So I ordered this time from Muffy’s Flowers and was exquisitely satisfied with the quality, beauty and service. Will use them again for sure.

I had a previous post in disappointment of my experience. Come to find out, it was not Muffys fault at all. The arrangement was mistreated by the middle man(hotel). I have pulled down my previous post to credit a more proper rating and review. Chloe helped me with the experience and was extremely pleasant. She had an entirely new arrangement sent over to my wife and it was absolutely stunning!!! That right there is true customer service. I would most definitely use muffys again. Thank you all:-)
